What is your return policy?
We are sorry to hear that you want to return an item. You can can do this up to 30 days for full refund. For our Premium buyers this duration is extended a little longer. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us first before returning your item. We always want your feedback and we want you satisfied with your purchase.
How can I learn more about your manufacturing process?
Due to the nature of our industry and the quality inspections we enforce, our manufacturing process is multi-layered and very complex. While we usually assemble the final product in China, we gather our raw material from a diverse range of countries. Based on the brand, we design and engineer our products in many different countries like Germany, USA, Sweden and Canada.
What is the minimum order amount?
We don't have a minimum order quantity. For bulk orders that are over 50 sets please get in touch with us and we can arrange a shipment from our warehouse.
Are your products food grade?
Most certainly. Unlike the providers that don't care about the environment, or the health of their customers, we make employ very strict inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
